Honorebel Walker is the Founder and CEO of SpaceTime Robotics, an engineering company developing autonomous surface vessels for subsea cable security and disaster response. An engineer by background, he leads the team behind SCOUT, the Subsea Cable Observation and Uncrewed Threat-Detection platform.

Honorebel designed SCOUT as a full-service platform that brings together real-time monitoring, AI-driven threat detection, and global remote operations. His work focuses on protecting the world's critical underwater communication infrastructure through autonomous surface vessels operating continuously at sea.
