With over 38 years of experience, he has developed next-generation solutions across data center and carrier network operations, embedded software development, information security, and business development.

Jeff has held senior technical management positions at Ciena, Ascend Communications, and Lucent Technologies, bringing deep expertise in L2 switching, L3 routing platforms, and multi-gigabit network architecture.
