Owen Rataj is the Founder and Director of Kalypso Offshore Energy, a company specializing in subsea cable installation, repair, operations and maintenance services for offshore energy and subsea infrastructure. With experience across offshore wind, telecommunications, and power transmission projects, he works with developers, utilities, and asset owners to improve the reliability and resilience of subsea cable systems.

Owen is actively involved in advancing offshore energy supply chains in the United States and Europe, including initiatives to strengthen subsea cable repair capability and port infrastructure supporting the sector.
