BIOGRAPHY

Robert Tench is the optical and laser physicist with over 45 years of experience in industry and academia. He has led the development and manufacturing of more than two dozen photonics products and has worked extensively with fiber amplifiers and lasers since 1987.

Robert has authored over 110 publications and holds 12 patents issued or in process. His work reflects a lifelong dedication to advancing optical technologies through applied research, product innovation, and contributions to the photonics industry.
